Women who work at the bank are great, but they are only tellers. The mortgage department of this bank is terrible. Don't want to get into too many personal details, but nothing but frustration and lack of effort from these people. Not just me but two others I know have had the same unpleasant and frustrating experiences. I warn people to stay away and I have since taken my mortgages and money elsewhere.

The worst I have been waiting since March for a mortgage approval and Mr William Corcoran has been the worst never calls back gives BS about the underwriters now I'm wondering if he actually works there every time I call I get his voicemail I've gotten the worst customer service I'm thinking about calling the Better Business Bureau next.
