I have never in all my life dealt with such ill mannered, ill educated curs. I threatened to sue them and re-picked up my coat-not before letting her know I had every intention of taking them to court in front of a judge. When I got home I found the collar shoved up a sleave. I personally feel that someone in that establishment had every intention of stealing my rabbit collar, which would accent any coat/jacket, and when I verified they have cameras on their premises, and my promise of legal action-the culprit cowardly shoved it up a sleave. I will continue to tell my horrific experiance with those mongrals to everyone I can. I can't believe anyone would have such practices/my advice is pay a little more than $2, trust me its worth it
I take about 15 shirts there every month, and several pieces - sweaters, jackets, slacks and the like for dry cleaning. The service is very good and polite. Once they lost one of my shirts but found it before the next time and called me to say so! I love this place!
I sent two expensive coats to have cleaned. when I picked them up, one had an obvious missing button, which to their credit was fixed-however the second was missing the entire collar. I am waiting to see what becomes of my coat before I continue.
