There is NO CARE in Health Care at Dr. Hsu's Office.
Failed to inform me they didn't take my insurance prior to being seen. So now I have a large bill. NOT PAYING IT!
Brilliant family doctor for over thirty years.
The office is filthy & the Health Dept .should CLOSE IT DOWN.
Dr HSU may have been a decent Family practice MD. in her prime, but now she is too old & out of touch to be making life & death decisions for herself let alone for patients.
Also...I've had adhd since high school. Transferred my files over and she told me "adhd ISNT REAL!
This office is Always packed and some of the people that work there just don't know what they are doing. But I like how fast she gets you in and out. She needs to get a bigger office and put people in there that know what they are doing.
Also while I'm in the room with Hsu, she is on the phone, not paying attention to my problems and I can't tell her what's wrong, all while this chick is asking for drugs to hold her boyfriend over before he goes to rehab. Which she made it known this is the 3rd time the excuse has been made within 2 months but told them to come in anyway. No wonder Elkton is bad on drugs....
schedules multiple at the exact same time!! sloppy office, looks like she built it herself. never going back. huge spiderweb on the front door... looks like a halloween decoration but its real 0.o seriously....?
