I'm not one to complain, unless I believe the complaint is absolutely warranted, and want to say all the staff there seemed genuinely nice, BUT..... I had an ultrasound appointment today at 11:45 for pelvic pain. I arrived 10 mins early and had drank my 36 ounces of water per my instructions. After waiting 15 mins past my appointment time, I was starting to feel uncomfortable to say the least. After 35 mins past my appointment time I'm not only uncomfortable I am now in pain. I finally asked one of the staff how much longer it was going to be. She said she would check, came back and said they were getting the room ready for me, would be just a few more moments. Whew......Ten minutes after that conversation when I was about to just say forget it! I'll make another appointment, they finally came and got me. At that point I could hardly walk with out pain or feeling like I was going to "leak"! I get things get busy, but in this case they could of handled things better. For example they could of called me to reschedule or at the very least let me know they were running behind so I could start drinking the water later and not me hunched over in their waiting room in pain, holding my urine for over two hours!!!!!!!!!
Open Mri is great! Thank you to the girl with real long hair and the manager for getting my mri and X-ray done for me today without an appointment. Very beautiful and nice ladies there.
Walked in to drop off paperwork, was able to get part of my test right away. Was scheduled for other test promptly. Staff has always been curteous and professional. Heather treats me well. The staff even listen to my jokes.
Horrible service. Rude. First off the manager Kate is a liar. They lost my CD and said they didn't. Went back 4 times and they never found it. Poor service. Will never go back! Plus you wait hours past appointment time when there's no one else is even there
The office staff here went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I couldn't be more thankful to them. If the situation arises in which I need another MRI or any of the other services they handle, they will definitely be seeing me again.
