I guest dose here when I'm visiting my daughter and grandchildren. The nicest people and very helpful. I wish my home clinic was more like them
First ND formost I want to talk about these Saturday's, the people that obviously come in there pjs and don't have to work. There rushing and pushing people to get in the door when it's being unlocked at 6 am... I wish that the owner would make it to where the ppl who actually have a job and also follow the program should be allowed to be in the front of the line and show proof of pay stubs that they have to be at work early. They should at least open at 5am.. It's so frustrating to me because I actually work a job and it's sad that these people are acting like feines , waiting in a dope line. It's totally unfair for ppl like me, Vs. People that just wanna rush inside to get there take-home and then go sell it. People like that shouldnt be pushing people n being in the get front of the line!! Something needs done about this!!!!!!!!!!
If your ready to get help this is the place to be. Everyone is willing to help you. If they can't answer a question they get you to the person that can. When you walk in you can feel the living and caring environment and the smiles and asking how's your day going. I have the most living caring and awesome counselor ever Cathie. I have never had a counselor care so much about her patients. I came from elkton Treatment center and I don't have a whole day to tell you about that place. They don't care how you feel or your needs being met. Not speaking of the altered urine that is brought into the building bc they are not properly attended to during that time and the urine sit in the window and they never check for temperature. So if your ready for help and want a loving and caring place to go this is the place.
This place has helped so many people .It is professionally run and you are offered support groups and one on one cousling and you see a nurse daily to give your medication and monitor you ...I can't express how highly I recommend this place if you or a family member that are in need of this type of support .
Great place to get your life back. I was almost at the end of my life until I found Serenity!!!
Serenity really has helped me so much! I came from Philly and it's so much different, like in Philly we has three groups a week three hours each group and our one on one session once a week with our therapist, and a doctor every two weeks.. So that's the only thing that I would say needs more attention is doctor appointments and one on one care.. But other then that I do love it there, alot more freedom then what I'm used to... We never got take homes at my other clinic. I haven't shot dope in 17 months... I'm happy about that and I'm happy with the therapist I have which is Cathy!
